Customer have on-line access to Xtera's customer support information via the XteraCare Website.

Contact your Xtera account representative to set up your XteraCare.

XteraCare is a secure externet accessible from Xtera's website XteraCare. Xtera customers have personal user ids and passwords, allowing private access to Xtera's support information via this portal. On-line information may include:

  • Electronic Product Documentation
  • Product Release Notes
  • Product Bulletins
  • Product Change Notices
  • Product Datasheets
  • Software Updates
  • Customer Specific Warranty and Service Agreements
  • Answers to Frequently Asked Questions

Additionally, the XteraCare on-line information may include meeting slides, action item registers and other customer specific information exchanges.

Post deployment services

Xtera provides continuing support of its products with software updates and feature upgrades. With each product release, customers are provided with product release notes, a document summarizing changes in the current release.
