Xtera unveils new designs for all products

Taipei, Taiwan – April 1, 2008 – Xtera Communications, leader in network devices and provider of world class solutions for network management, today announced the re-branding of all former AscenVision Technology products by unveiling new product designs.
 
Since the acquisition of AscenVision Technology by Xtera Communications in late 2007, all products will undergo a facelift and be fitted with Xtera design and logo. The launch announcement of the Xtera brand is the first phase of the plan to migrate from the existing names to Xtera. This transition is expected to be fully completed towards the end of the year.

Xtera Communications, one of the fastest growing and most effective providers of total WAN solutions, also announced that the names of the two main products: AscenFlow and AscenLink will, however, remain unchanged. The new designs are available on view for the recently unveiled AscenFlow V3.0 as well as AscenLink V5.4, which is due to be launched in May 2008.

The change of appearance and designs will not in anyway affect or influence the
warrantee or our services towards any product, as Xtera Communications will continue to remain fully committed towards providing the very best in customer service and support.
